• Navigate to "My bookings"
• Choose a new password

Navigate to "My Bookings"

Initiate the recovery process by navigating to the page My bookings You will there see below view. click on the link Forgot your password? down to the right.

Then enter your email address that is connected to your BokaMera account in the text box and click the button Submit.

Open your inbox and click the Link to reset credentials.

Choose a new password

Your browser will then open the following view. Enter your new password and then click the button Submit. You will then be automatically logged in and see your bookings.

Use the same credentials to log in to our customer app.
